Custom Orders Policy

At Cozy Klique, custom pieces are created with intention, care, and time. Custom orders are available for select crochet and apparel items and are designed collaboratively to bring your vision to life.

How Custom Orders Work

To request a custom item, please complete the Custom Request Form on the Contact page. Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive confirmation, pricing, and a turnaround estimate within 1–2 business days.

Custom orders are not started until all details are confirmed and payment requirements are met.

Pricing & Payments

Custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit before materials are purchased or work begins

The remaining balance is due once your item is completed and approved for shipping

Final pricing depends on:

• Item type
• Size
• Materials
• Level of detail
• Turnaround time

Invoices are sent via email.

Processing & Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary based on the item and workload at the time of order:

Crochet (Made-to-Order):

7–21 business days

HTV Apparel (Tees, Hoodies):

3–7 business days

Exact timelines will be confirmed before work begins.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.

Shipping

All custom orders ship via USPS

Tracking information is provided once your order ships

Cozy Klique is not responsible for carrier delays after items are scanned by USPS

Returns & Refunds

Because custom items are handmade or made specifically for you:

All custom sales are final

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review and make it right
