Do you offer made-to-order items?
Yes. Made-to-order items are created after purchase and require additional processing time. Timelines are listed on each product page.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS. Tracking information is provided for all orders.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! Cozy Klique offers ebooks and digital downloads. All digital sales are final and delivered instantly after purchase.
